Graphic presentation of the effects of feral cats on wildlife in Australia
The artist was stimulated to paint this work after hearing that the rangers at Uluru had found eighty feral cats living in one tree. These feline killers destroy thousands of native marsupials each year. The cat holds a bilby between its jaws, playing with literally thousands of years of evolution.
